SEBRING HISTORICS – OCT 26-28 AND AUDI CLUB TAILGATE
Meet us under the tree!
A few years ago a group met at Sebring for manufacturers’ test day and Audi was there. As I recall we even had a glimpse of an A7 test mule. But I digress—we tailgated under a large tree and fun was had by all. So we plan to meet at our tree for fun and racing at the Sebring Historics—October 26-28. And there should be some R8 LeMans winners taking to the track! Kim and I plan to go Friday – Sunday, since as he says, you need to get there early before they break! This is a great time at Sebring as it’s not crowded and you can get to all areas of the track for great viewing. We are staying at the Residence Inn in Sebring. Tickets are $25 for Saturday and $45 for the three days. Lazy Man’s Tailgate!
Love to tailgate with friends but hate the pre and post event prep and clean-up? Well you can have the best of both worlds with our lazy tailgate solution! We will be ordering lunch around noon from the Sebring Moose Lodge which is about a mile from the track. They will have their full menu available to choose from—and Kim and I will even pick it up for you! Just pack your drinks and chairs! The lodge has food and entertainment Friday and Saturday night if anyone would like to go.
