Thank you to everyone who came out for the 2nd annual Drive to Mt. Dora! We had quite the crowd at the Yalaha Bakery and the Bavarian Haus. Thank you also to Crown Audi, Audi Tampa, and Braman Audi for their contributions to the event. The dealerships sent cars, drivers, and 'swag' to support the Diesel MPG challenge. In addition to the good food, those of us not watching our fuel consumption took a tour of Sugarloaf Mountain - a loop on twisty and hilly roads (by Florida…

This year's national Audi Club event was held in Austin right before the Six Hours of the Circuit of the Americas. Our members were treated to several days of Texas-sized hospitality, Texas-sized rain, and a memorable race ending it yet another Audi -12 victory in le Mans P1 class. After seven years of adventure, adjustment, a lot of hard work and certainly some fun added in for good measure, Andreas Baensch is now back in Ingolstadt and working at his new assignment for Audi plus on occasion, now able to enjoy a real Leberkäse sandwich. A few may recall Andreas participating in our first meet of the…

Some of our luckiest members escaped the heat for the ACNA Summer driving vacation in Germany. Bob Greving reports back about visiting Audi Tradition and cruising the Autobahn. The rest of us will just have to turn down our climate control a bit or start planning our next vacations:
Some of us can trace our roots to the continent of Europe; of those, most can identify a country, perhaps a region, and even a few, possibly a city. Others may have even been fortunate enough…

The 62nd running of the Twelve Hours of Sebring was a big change from the 61st. Gone were the Le Mans P1 sportscars, but Audi customer teams were there in strength to fight the Daytona GT (GTD) class. Many changes this year at Sebring, but many things the same. TUDOR may be in charge and the LMP1 sports cars may be gone, but there's still a four-day party and we still have the best seats in the house (ok, other than club seats) at the Turn One Club. The Audi motorsport experience as always featured paddock and pit tours, Hot Laps, interviews and autographs, and an after-dark…
