I recently upgraded my 2007 A6 to a 2014 3.0. I have a factory set of roof racks I used just a few time to carry my kayak. They are like new and attach solidly to the roof using out-of-sight holes…Continue

Do someone from Miami area plan to attend to the event at Daytona? I would like information about round-trip auto transport to the racetrack. Thank you. Continue

Thank you to everyone who came out for the 2nd annual Drive to Mt. Dora! We had quite the crowd at the Yalaha Bakery and the Bavarian Haus. Thank you also to Crown Audi, Audi Tampa, and Braman Audi for their contributions to the event. The dealerships sent cars, drivers, and 'swag' to support the Diesel MPG challenge. In addition to the good food, those of us not watching our fuel consumption took a tour of Sugarloaf Mountain - a loop on twisty and hilly roads (by Florida standards!).

Audi Customer Teams will be racing the Rolex 24 at Daytona. As usual there will be an Audi Motorsport Experience. If you would like to be on the mailing list for Motorsport Experience announcements, please Contact Andy Sattler andrew@audimotorsportexperience.com .
We will hold our annual Board of Directors meeting during the Roar Before the 24, on Saturday, January 9. All active ACNA members are invited to attend but please RSVP with Bob Greving at a href="mailto:bob@audiclubfl.org" target="_blank">bob@audiclubfl.org> by noon January 8, so we can give the restaurant a head count. The Roar Before the 24 is a practice day for the Rolex 24, and a good opportunity to visit the pits and see the teams up close.
If you're interested in getting together with fellow members we'd like to hear from you, especially if you live in South or Southwest Florida. If you're interested in sharing information about an event or becoming a regional contact for the club, contact walter@audiclubfl.org.

Toys for Tots
7-9 AM, December 6, Audi Tampa/ Reeves Motorsports
All Tampa bay area ACFL members are invited to join Jeff, Kim and the team at the Reeves Motorsports facility for our 6th annual “Toys for Tots” drive. Since we are all very lucky, of course, we drive Audis; perhaps a little sharing of that good fortune with some of the younger ones who are less fortunate, would be an appropriate way to kick off the holiday season. Please bring your unwrapped gift as you share some Christmas cheer at the Cars and Coffee meet which starts at 6:30 if you want a parking space up front.
This Cars and Coffee will feature the Audi marque, so it would be great if we had a good turn out to show-case the brand. We look forward to seeing you there to sip some coffee, snack on beignets and talk cars as we make this season a bit brighter for some possible future Audi owners out there.

Audi A3 outsells outgoing A4 in October
The A3 sedan is proving to be a good seller for Audi, beating sales of the out-going A4 (excluding the allroad) in October. The Q3, as expected, is selling as fast as it can be delivered to dealerships. We Americans love our tall-roof, lifted wagons.

If you have a special Audi such as one of the S or RS models or a pre 2000 that you would like to sell, we will list it once in the newsletter. I will need the year, model, color over interior color, and your email address. Longer and non-member postings can be placed in the website. We will also list DKW, NSU, and Wanderer motorcycles. If you are looking for a particular car, once again S, RS or pre 2000 model plus a bike, we will also try to accommodate you here.
For Example: Wanted: Wanderer or DKW motorcycle of motorbike pre 1950 walter@audiclubfl.org
You can also use the Classifieds Forum on the Audi Club of Florida web site.
Final Words..
Welcome to our new ACNA members. Our membership numbers continue to grow; we are now well over 270 members, which mean additional critical mass in different regions of the state and hopefully more events and greater participation. Those of you who are new to the ACNA will receive an on boarding note from David Loppert. If you have any questions feel free to drop a line to David. If you have not had a chance yet check out both the ACNA website, and the Audi Club of Florida website. There is a great deal of good information plus some excellent photos of member’s cars.
