A word of thanks to a few of our members!
On behalf of the ACFL we would like to express our appreciation to Brian F., Jeff P., and Joe C. who in conjunction with their ACNA renewal added a little extra for the chapter. As I believe most know, the ACFL does not receive any direct financial support from the members’ dues paid to the ACNA. Your additional funds included with your membership renewals help defray chapter expenses.
Once again, thank you,
Cheers and Safe Motoring
Bob Greving and the ACFL Board of Directors

Drop the Flag for le Mans with Reeves Motorsports
June 13, Reeves Motorsports
Make sure you mark Saturday June 13 and plan to attend the 4th Annual “Dropping of the Flag” at Reeves Motorsports. Watch all of the action on multiple giant screens as you enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Audi and LeMans race fans. There will be both in and outdoor viewing plus food and beverages as we watch the start of the 83rd running of this iconic 24 hours endurance race.
Additional information and RSVP instructions to follow as Jeff Wisz and the team at Reeves Motorsport and Audi Tampa continue the planning of this great event. As many of you both young and young at heart who have attended in the past enjoyed, there will also the simulator to test your driving skills on different race venues and in different race cars. It is not too early to block June 13 out on your calendar for a day of family fun.

Audi of America appoints Jeri Ward as Vice President and Chief Communications Officer
"Ward has been with Audi of America since 2007, and has held her present position as Director, Customer Experience since November 2011. This role was new to Audi of America when she was assigned to build the Customer Experience team into a strategic department focused on customer loyalty, customer experience innovation, and creating an Audi culture capable of consistently creating Audi fans.
"During her time in that most recent role, Audi successfully improved customer experience performance to record highs, including an increase from 13th place in the J.D. Power and Associates CSI rankings to among the top three brands overall the past two years."

Have a picture of your car or some Audi-related news of your own you'd like to share? Send your photo to Walter Moore walter@audiclubfl.org.
If you have a special Audi such as one of the S or RS models or a pre 2000 that you would like to sell, we will list it once in the newsletter. I will need the year, model, color over interior color, and your email address. Longer and non-member postings can be placed in the website. We will also list DKW, NSU, and Wanderer motorcycles. If you are looking for a particular car, once again S, RS or pre 2000 model plus a bike, we will also try to accommodate you here.
For Example: Wanted: Wanderer or DKW motorcycle of motorbike pre 1950 walter@audiclubfl.org
You can also use the Classifieds Forum on the Audi Club of Florida web site.
Final Words..
Welcome to our new ACNA members. Our membership numbers continue to grow; we are now well over 270 members, which mean additional critical mass in different regions of the state and hopefully more events and greater participation. Those of you who are new to the ACNA will receive an on boarding note from David Loppert. If you have any questions feel free to drop a line to David. If you have not had a chance yet check out both the ACNA website, and the Audi Club of Florida website. There is a great deal of good information plus some excellent photos of member’s cars.
And.. thank you to our sponsors!
